Last updated: 14 May 2026
1. About Actuably
Actuably provides Solvency II calculators, actuarial resources, and self-service decision-support tools for professional and educational use.
The website, calculators, resources, and self-service tools help users explore calculations, assumptions, and regulatory concepts. They do not replace professional judgment, internal model validation, governance review, or legal, actuarial, accounting, investment, or regulatory advice.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing the inputs, assumptions, methodology, and outputs before relying on any result.
Before using any output for reporting, filing, capital, pricing, reserving, governance, or business decisions, validate it against your own models, controls, policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
3. Regulatory acceptance
We aim to keep Actuably accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that any calculator, resource, output, or methodology is complete, current, error-free, or accepted by any regulator, supervisor, auditor, or internal governance body.
4. Permitted use
You may use Actuably for lawful professional, educational, evaluation, and internal business purposes.
You must not misuse Actuably, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or scrape substantial parts of the website or tools, or use them to develop a competing product without permission.
5. Accounts and access
If account features are available, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect Actuably, other users, or our legal obligations.
6. Fees and subscriptions
If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation rights will be shown before purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory cancellation, refund, withdrawal, or consumer rights that apply under your local law.
7. Intellectual property
Actuably's original content, calculators, design, software, documentation, and methodology materials are owned by us or our licensors.
Regulatory texts, official sources, third-party materials, open-source software, and referenced external materials remain owned by their respective rightsholders.
You may use Actuably as permitted by these Terms, but no ownership rights are transferred to you unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
8. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy and in any additional privacy information made available for the relevant feature.
We design Actuably with a Europe-first privacy approach and limit browser storage and tracking by default.
9. Availability and changes
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Actuably from time to time.
Where changes materially affect paid access, we will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
10. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Actuably is provided on an as is and as available basis, and we are not responsible for losses caused by unvalidated reliance on outputs, incorrect inputs, unsupported assumptions, or use outside the intended professional or educational context.
11. Mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory rights available to consumers, data subjects, or business customers in certain jurisdictions.
12. Governing law
If a separate order form, checkout flow, or written agreement identifies a contracting entity, governing law, or venue, that document controls.
For public self-service use, these Terms do not limit any mandatory law, venue, or court rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
13. Contact
